What might this be?

Relay in a vacuum so that there is no arc when it breaks or makes. Minimises noise when switching an amp on or off for example. Could be timed, could simply be instantaneous. The vacuum is the key feature.

It would be nice if someone can give a suggestion for that plug on the right.

I'm going to redesign that PCB on the left so I do not need an exact match for that plug. The function is a trigger button assembly for a TIG welder. I did get lost on Digikey's website find a suitable product.  It has to be some kind of card edge design. Because I have to fit it in a torch handle so it must not be too far above or below the level of the PCB. That PCB is 1.6mm in thickness. That plug has a height of 5.5mm and a width of 11.5mm and a length of 9mm. A two position version would be ideal. And of course it is just for very low currents.

The capacitor with the red markings. It has unusually large terminals, that I've never seen before. I expect some capacitor, probably NP0, which has stable frequency response up to 2 GHz, since it's an AC coupling part in a 2 GHz probe.
Anyone has an idea who is the supplier and the series? Is it an Agilent custom part?

Except, this part is to new at 2023, the voltage rating is not enough for that design, and it's smaller.

I can't remember for the Siliconix part but if I remember correctly the other two are pulled from equipment of the same era if not both from the same device which could have been some random old Sony design or an old hard disk including IBM / Maxtor / Sony./ Quantum.

I like identifying chips as a brain exercise, and I can solve them most of the time, but this one really knocked me out.

I thought those markings were familiar. This is an excerpt from my HDD/SSD IC database:

P-channel MOSFET, Sanyo, marking 5139, SO8 package, same pinout and specs (?) as PHK04P02T, dates from 2003

Hello.
I'm trying to find a battery charger controller chip in a device called LilyGo T-SIM7600X (or actually LiLyGo T-SIM7600G/H, the last chars are for zone identification) and the circuit schematic refers to a CN3065 DFN-8 chip (page 1).
I attached the circuit schematic below.
However, visually inspecting the board, I can only find 1 chip with 8 pins and I'm not sure the packaging is the one mentioned in the circuit schematic (DFN-8). It just says THY and looks like the image attched below. Could this be the mentoined chip that controls the battery charge process?

Hi

Trying to ID a through-hole diode. It's a glass package size 3.7x1.8mm as near as I can measure it. Marking is:

C18
5T

This is on an induction hob PCB, it's a protection diode between G&E of one of the main switching IGBTs which is in a single ended (common emitter) configuration, not part of a H-Bridge. Ideally I'd like to fit an identical part, though not the end of the world if I don't.

The part marking suggests it's a 18V zener, though the PCB legend indicates a TVS - although I take that with a pinch of salt as the IGBT is incorrectly marked as a MOSFET.
