1956 is squarely in the era of germanium transistors; they certainly were not making many germaniums in 1969! |

Perhaps you have come across an incorrect datasheet with the EBC marking. |

Can anyone identify these 3 ICs? https://forum.hddguru.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=43285 (thread) https://forum.hddguru.com/download/file.php?id=25972&mode=view (MAY + 70B + A2P + 804) https://forum.hddguru.com/download/file.php?id=25973&mode=view (BC2G + 740 and AM2K + 750) "MAY" appears to be comprised of two bucks which power the flash controller cores (there are 3 cores). "BC2G" and "AM2K" (?) are two step-down converters which produce 1.2V and 1.8V (?). I'm wondering whether "MAY" could be a custom PMIC by Marvell. The controller is a Marvell 88SS1093. https://datasheet.datasheetarchive.com/originals/crawler/marvell.com/aa6fc3a5a4f7db8cb2533f29c96b6e2d.pdf |

This same guy used to post images that consisted of illegible black rectangles until I shamed him into throwing away his potato camera. |
