1. The world deserves to see Simone Giertz attempt a version of these.
2. Dear god, I can barely coordinate the limbs I already have. If I had to control a soldering iron with my foot like in the video, I'd probably end up stabbing myself in the eye with the working end…

When I feel the need for an extra pair (or two) of hands I just reach out for these:

One of the best tools I have ever bought, fabulous for soldering together cable ends and of you make the base a bit bigger it doesn't tip over as often. Extra points if you connect it via a 1M ohm resistor to your ESD ground.

I'm sure (?) most others can do it, but I was impressed recently, watching 'bigclivedotcom'
on Youtube recently. Soldering-iron in one hand of course, but wires held between thumb
and forefinger, while holding the solder with the next two fingers. MY old hands struggle now !!
