Is the Suez Canal issue expected to impact Aliexpress or LCSC shipping to the US?

Probably not those two, as I imagine they ship to the west coast and then let the USPS handle it from there.

Larger shipments to the US east coast and gulf go via the Panama Canal as long as the ships are under Panamax size.  If they are larger than Panamax--and many container ships are--then they indeed may go through the Suez on the way to the US.  The other options are Cape Horn and the Arctic routes.  Luckily they didn't roll that ship over pulling it free and we can all get our stuff now.

I used to buy a lot from element14 due to the free next day shipping. But recently I have found that they never seem to have the parts I want.
I like TI parts and they stopped stocking them. Often I buy those parts direct from TI.

Otherwise I use Mouser and Digikey.

Of course I buy my parts from a reputable source, like Lefty the Salesman. He offers always some very interesting special deals. ;D

PS: Does anyone need an O or two?

So their official website saying all locations have permanently closed is false? Are you just trolling?

Mostly RS, sometimes Mouser or Farnell if they don't whack on a £15 one-time delivery fee on top because they've only got stock overseas.

Even if somehow the doors were open and he walked in, I don't believe that there would have been anything to buy.
