Where to ask questions about circuit problems?
(1/1)
giorgi3092:
Hello, I am revising my electronics I & II thoroughly before I start my master's soon.
For that, I am going thru Razavi's Fundamentals of Microelectronics and solving basically every problem (at BJT amplifiers atm). I used Sedra's book in college and Razavi is giving me different perspectives, so I preferred this textbook. I have the solutions manual & chegg access, but I don't trust it, especially when I am sure I got the correct answer and the manual's answer is incorrect. In fact, I had a couple of these problems where both chegg and manual had wrong solutions.

Every 50-60 problems, I hit the wall when I cannot figure out the circuit and that's when I need the outside help.
For example, I am struggling with one CB bjt circuit right now.
So, when I hit this wall, what's the best place to ask for help? Any section on this forum or any other place? I know some subreddits but not really reliable.
Thanks

Put it in the beginners section, ideally with pictures of your working.
RJSV:
Yes, beginner's section attracts, surprisingly, a lot of super-confident (and often retired !) People, looking for just that set of questions, providing expertise as a service, as an on-line community.
Heck, for some of us, we love to read the details: Could you detail one of your more interesting finds, even if the two published problems conflict, in their answers.
