I can see all the Time nuts on here watching their kit, fingers poised for that first nano second to post  :-DD

I will be busy ensuring the first cuppa of the new year is the same cuppa as the last one of the previous year, as is my tradition.

No, in order to be fair to the rest of the world, you can only say happy new year when the last country in the world see's the start of the new year.

Not so fast - still 4 hours and 28 minutes until New Years for people living in the Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time Zone! (UTC-10)
And add another hour for those in American Samoa, Jarvis Island, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll and Palmyra Atoll  ;)
