Who is the best Japanese manufacturer?

Thanks to this forum I learned some japanese manufacturers for multimeters. What is the best manufacturer of these in Japan?

There is no such thing on brands ... like best manufacturer .

It makes more sense if the comparison are between products.

The well made product offers credit at the manufacturer ,
and it does not work the other way around.

You've forgotten Soar, can't comment on current production, but their older DMMs were very well made.

It depends, if Mastech haves in mind to challenge Fluke in a specific product category,
are free to do so .
Does it ?    

The reviews of Dave show who is trying harder than some others .
So its up to the manufacturers to gain respect , by presenting better products.
