Who sells this or similar LED panel indicator? - can't find anywhere

These high brightness red+green LED panel indicators were installed 7 years ago and after ~60,000 hours they are starting to get dull and need to be replaced. Can't find anywhere that sells them or something similar. element14, RS, Digikey all draw a blank. Plenty of other kinds but nothing remotely like these. Any ideas, preferably from a major seller in Australia? 12Volts DC. Approx 60mm x 90mm.

The insides of the units are potted with epoxy.

After 60,000hrs I would just put in a new one. Every part is likely near end of life and if this is for safety it's EOL.

This style indicator all I see are automotive/marine versions. Otherwise it's signal (light) towers or "Andon Towers" with 360 degree viewability used i.e.

Agreed, I have seen quite similar looking LED assemblies on car-roof-mounted light bars, also fully potted. Green would be uncommon there though which might suggest marine.

Green is now used in the Northeast and Midwest States of the US on construction vehicles and plows/ salt trucks alternating with yellow or yellow and white  as warning lights.  As green Leds are far more monochromatic then the traditional cast Pyrex or Molded Plastic lens, this is being allowed now.    The first winter they were out, here in Ohio, this drastically reduced accidents with salt trucks being rear ended. In fact it got to the point that winter drivers started complaining about the relative brightness to the Governors office.  So they dialed them back in brightness.   I love them, the salt trucks and plows, a constant slow moving hazard in the winter, are now visible from miles away and you can plan your path accordingly.  The blink patterns are chosen so there is NO way to confuse them with traffic lights.
Works great in scotopic, mesoptic, as well as photopic vision conditions.  Works well enough that now the construction companies are getting them as well.

In the uk green flashing lights on a vehicle used to mean emergency doctor ,but now on construction vehicles its showing the driver is wearing there seat belt

Where I live, even with seatbelt laws, a Nuclear Meltdown would be more preferable to most people, then seatbelt status lights.  Although I'm surprised the insurance mafia lobby has not tried to get that as a law.  In this state, a seatbelt violation is not primary cause for a traffic stop.  Simply because the greedy municipal or Mayor's  traffic courts  (Owned and Ran by the City) would love that. 

I've seen those fixtures in an Automotive environment, years ago.  I do not know who makes them.  So I do a search for Green Warning Lights for Doctors, as I thought we had that on the books here, and I find "Feniex Industries " beacons.. The T3 in a single  or the Fusion Dual Stack Looks very much like what the OP is looking for.

This kind of seatbelt light is used here *only* on construction equipment; diggers, road-rollers, bulldozers, etc. It's nothing to do with the law, it's about employers making sure their employees are following their internal rules. Just like requiring your construction workers to wear hard hats and steel boots.
