Forgot the soldering iron...

It's a small 936 clone, so no big deal, and luckily nothing went on fire (iron also was only mildly hot).
It was one of my fears as the 936 has only a (blinking) LED as visible signaling,
so I did add a neon indicator on the top of the base to show when it's powered,
but in its current placement towards the rear of the bench it's not very visible.

Maybe next step is to add some kind of 'auto-poweroff' set to the longest reasonable soldering session.

I'm done like this
- right switch: soldering station (pen, hot air) + SMD solder tweezers
- left switch: suction vapor soldering
- middle: rotation - suction power control, push - lighting in the suction funnel

I can’t trust myself 
My bench has one switch, it goes off when I leave otherwise I’d have stuff in all sorts of powered up states, the act of going to turn it off every time triggers a mental check of what’s still on for the next power up.
There is a small power strip that is powered separately for chargers, etc

When I had my 936, I was always leaving it on.  Sometimes, for a couple of days at a time before I realized it.  I added a super bright red LED just above the power switch.  Never left it on for long again.  Maybe swapping out your LED for a super bright one will garner your attention better.

Put the bench power, or select group of items, on a generic basic timer,

dial up the hours you think you may spend working,

and once gone if you 'think' you forgot to switch stuff off, the timer will kick in and kill the lot,

and save you drama

Look on the bright side, the fact that it didn't melt and catch fire even after a week means you don't need to be worried about leaving it on anymore.
