Wow this electron conspiracy goes back a long time!

I never thought to look up the Coolidge tube but this is amazing stuff. I like the honeycomb target, from 1931, it looks like a piece of a warp drive.

Dude lived a long time too.

It's gone on far too long. This balls whizzing about thing is an idea is a dodo even at CERN.

I can guarantee that when they build simple electronic circuits at CERN, they general think in terms of current flow. I doubt that they consider putting resistors in series, for example, changes the probability of wave function collapse.
