"Sync" CS projects between computers?

Hi,

any hacks on how to best sync CS projects between computers? I know Altium/CS support SVN but are there other ways? What is your best practice?

I simply use Dropbox to sync my entire collection of projects and libraries. It works pretty well unless I edit the same file on two different computers. But I'm just sharing with myself so I almost never have a problem.
