Circuitmaker Part swap need help

I am trying to learn Circuitmaker 2.2.1. I have a project almost done that uses a lot of the same part. I now want to swap all of those parts Say a cap to a different type cap.  It looks like there is a Pin/Part swap tool but I do not understand how to use it. Suggestions on how to do this in Circuitmaker if possible is what is desired.
