No footprint wizard in CS?!

Long time Altium user here, looking into CS for home use. I downloaded the demo and started driving a design through it. So far I really like it!
But is it just me, or is it completely lacking a footprint wizard? The article here says it has one, just not IPC compliant: https://www.element14.com/community/community/manufacturers/altium/blog/2015/05/20/altium-circuit-studio-component-creation-vault-and-search-tools
But that article is from 2015. Did they remove it? I can't really justify buying this if I have to manually place pads/dig through the vault for components with matching footprints...

Found it! Unless I'm just missing it in the ribbon menus somewhere though, it's really not easy to find.
With a *.PcbLib file open, open the "PCB Library" panel and right-click in the "Components" list box. Then select "Component Wizard..."

An alternative way to find it is to type "Component Wizard" in the search bar in the top right of CS. This gives two results: IPC Component Wizard and Component Wizard, but only the non-IPC one seems to work. This is in line with the CS documentation.

They sure did hide that away good didn't they? Which makes no sense given all of the blank space on the Tools portion of the ribbon menu.

PicoSD has given a nice solution for this. Just do it with 'Component Wizards'.
