[SOLVED] Design Rules not pushing through to PCB

Hi all,

I'm trying out CS 1.3 and am following through the tutorial for the Multivibrator.

I am at the point of setting up design rules regarding routing, and have setup track widths as per the tutorial, however when I go to route the board, the tracks for GND and +12V remain at 0.254mm. They should be 0.5mm.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
