Spice simulation any good?

I am considering CS. Anyone got any experience using the simulation feature? Is it any good

I assume it's the same as Altium, which probably hasn't been touched since Protel or before.  Pretty basic XSPICE-based backend, as finicky as any other entry-level SPICE engine.
