Title: [US][CA][LA] SoCal Solder Klatch?
Post by: oldnewb on October 23, 2018, 10:02:09 am
Are there any hardware hacker meetup events occuring regularly in the Los Angeles area?  Something casual, where like-minded EEVblog types can enjoy a drink, discuss (and maybe show off) their latest projects, etc.

And if not, would anyone be interested in attending such an event?

Maybe not exactly what you're looking for but RSSC meets every second Saturday in long beach at CSULB. Format is two speakers(~1 hour each), lunch, "business" meeting and then show and tell. Specifically for robotics type stuff. Free to attend, everyone is generally friendly and a diverse group.

(I know this is old, but a heads up anyway)

Not exactly, but it does sound interesting.  Thanks for the tip.
