Been a hobbyist and loved electronics since 5th grade, but ended up a software developer as a career so haven't really been able to get in-depth learning my true love of electronics hardware. I've been wanting to buy a scope for some years, but hadn't pulled the trigger since it's a big investment and I'm indecisive on what I want. When I can't decide, I tend to do nothing. Winning this would be awesome as I wouldn't have to decide anything, lol!

Iv been interested in electronics since i was a little boy. In recent years i've managed to gather bunch of old, as well as new components, circuits, etc. Basically whole shelf worth of (i can provide pictures). However main thing im missing is actual equipment. The best thing iv got is an multimeter i wrote about in my previous posts, and one of those cheap 20$ DIY oscilloscopes. But its relatively useless. And an actual oscilloscope, especially in current situation with covid affected economy, seem like only a dream. So i would really fancy a proper one.
