The No Starch Press Foundation is offering grants from $250 to $1,500 USD to support the hacker community and STEM education. Applications are open until December 1st. To apply: https://nostarchfoundation.org/apply-now/

In the case of this forum, you're probably interested in funding for electronics and research projects. We do that!

We fund:
  • Independent STEM education initiatives such as homebrew hacking or robotics clubs and student-led research projects.
  • Programs that promote student education about information security, computers and the hacker community.
  • Community events and presentations that connect students and hacker groups with industry leaders.

Please apply, or pass this info on to anyone who could use a grant.

You could have at least mentioned that you're strictly limited to USA.

I hate it when you yanks take that for granted :--

Yeah, that really shouldn't be at the bottom of the page. Wastes potential applicants' time.

Good to see that the grants might be broadened to the rest of the world, though. $250 can go a lot further in some places.
