Apparently quite popular & you need to get in quick.

I could do with a day out... might try and sign up for this. Thanks

Has anyone heard any more about this? I signed up to be notified when booking opens, then nothing... :(

I'm there at 11am, IIRC

T'was seriously inspirational; it made me wish I was a couple of decades younger.
If I'd taken a camera I could attqch some serious geek-porn images. Unfortunately I didn't realise photos would be allowed nor that we would be in right in amongst the serious stuff, including ducking under the tube containing the synchrotron beam itself.
Plus, just like TNMoC, the people showing you around are seriously knowledgeable.
When booking, be aware the tickets are gone in minutes, not hours.
Highly recommended.

We had to cancel due to medical reasons in our family (and gave our tickets back to the wait list)... next time.
