IanB:
I bought some Trader Joe's Crunchy Curls to try: "A Tasty Lentil & Potato Snack".
I liked them more than other crunchy curl snacks I have tried.
The ingredients list is unusual for an American processed food product:
- Lentil flour
- Potato starch
- Soybean oil, Safflower oil and/or Sunflower oil
- Salt
And that's it. No flavor enhancers, texture modifiers, antioxidants, preservatives, color, or any other strange things. Quite refreshing, actually.
