While cooking I noticed that there are some spices that are common to many dishes of some local cuisines.
So I decided to create some spice mixes for various dishes which I would like to share.
Maybe you have simmilar mixes for your favourit dishes as well? If so I would love if you could share them here as well, so we could make some sort of spice mix recipe collection
