Garlic  Rosemary roasted Potatoes
Boil a bunch of redskins that have been cut into quarters.(Actually Partially Cooked).  Cut up an onion into large chunks, Peel and smash lightly about 1/2 clove of garlic.  No dicing of garlic.
Soak about 1/4 cup of Rosemary in Olive oil.

Mix all together in bowl. make sure everything is coated with olive oil. arrange in single layer on cookie pan. Put in oven at 350  or higher until the potatoes brown a bit.
This is a favorite on Fishing Trips, since the cooked stuff can be refrigerated in an aluminum pan and warmed up even on a grill.
