Don't want to get into too much detail, send me a PM if you want, but:
- What are your blood test results for B12 and ferritin? lipase if tested?
- Have you done h-pylori breath test? sibo test?
These are the lower cost tests that might be good to start off with.
Yes you can just blast antibiotics but you don't know what the problem is yet. It could be bacterial, could be fungal, parasitic (less likely), or something else (gallstone, gallbladder, pancreas). If its not bacterial then antibiotic can make the problem worse.
