Not my recipe I know, but I thought I'd link this guy here.

Nathaniel (Nat) Grant is bloke from Sydney (Australia, not Austria) who actually has some pretty decent cooking skills. Lately, his content has been focussed around cooking good, simple food from scratch (rather than using jar sauces etc...). He has a bit of a "different" style and if you don't like swearing, this isn't for you. But he says it like it is. I'm a fan.
