Maple Beef Broccoli delight !

Trying for more VEG, I took package ('NICE', Maple Beef Jerky), placed over broccoli, cut the massive stalk, if too much bulk, and place the heads in glass casserole dish, maybe spoon of water...
  360 degrees, but watch it, 25 minutes or more.
I put a few small butter chunks, after was got, there uncovered in oven.
   You get to have that sweet, and MAPLE taste, plus small amount of burn / grease funk, adds a taste, like 'fried'.
Load up the broccoli heads...could be worse!
