Need a suggestion for a sauce. It will go over battered fish, kind of baked new potatoes and peas. Obvious choice would be tartar sauce, but I don't think that's acceptable in this instance. Other requirement is to be simple and reasonably quick - something already mixed in a sachet would be ideal, but open to doing a little work!
