Simple meal, but very tasty. Works great if you grow your own shrooms and need ways to get rid of them!

Serves roughly 2.
Ingredients400g Shii-Take, cut to finger thick slices
The juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 Cloves of garlic
2 Tbs Worcesterthingemajigsauce
50g Butter
InstructionsHeat the butter in a pan, being careful not to let it smoke. Add the garlic, crushed, and just wait until it gets fragrant. Add the Shrooms and toss them around so that they get an even coating.
Let that cook for roughly 2 minutes, put in the splash of lemon juice, toss around, add the It-that-should-not-be-named Sauce, toss around, serve on rice.
Garnish with some chives or sprouts and serve.
