whipped cream mods?

Does anyone have any good recipies for exotic whipped cream?

I have tried making it with agave and maple syrup, but I wonder if there are other things that you can add that don't mess with the texture and make for unique flavors. I thought maybe some of those extracts might be good (vanilla), but I am sure there are more weird ones.. like caramel. Cinnamon and vanilla are already in the waffles usually so it seems excessive to make the whipped cream taste like that.

Specifically I want flavors that go well on Belgian waffles. I even thought some weird stuff like coca cola syrup or something, but I don't make this very often because this stuff is caloric so I hope to get some good pointers.

Simple cocoa powder works well, add sugar to taste.
