Have you ever wanted to extend the frequency range of your low frequency test equipment, receivers, or software defined radios well into the GHz range without spending exorbitant amounts of money on RF test equipment? Save your money and check out our low cost 0.2 – 8.8 GHz receiver front end module capable of extending the functionality of your equipment up to 8.8 GHz. A simple block diagram of the receiver is attached below and some of the features include:

•   RF Bandwidth of 0.2 – 8.8 GHz
•   IF bandwidth of 10 – 110 MHz with a max instantaneous bandwidth of 100 MHz
•   Average conversion gain of 40 dB and noise figure of 3.9 dB.
•   Includes a continuous wave output port capable of producing frequencies between 35 MHz – 8.8 GHz.

Too late. I got this morning the first 10 boards of my dual conversion
down converter from 5-16 GHz, depending on the first mixer.
Needs external source for 1st. LO;    2nd LO has an internal
multiplier from 100 MHz. Makes heavy use of SAW filters
and delivers 2 MHz BW for my TimePod phase noise meter
and the SDR. Sources will be published.
