Actually "0 backers" is just what IGG shows (somewhat confusingly) when a fixed goal campaign fails to fund - I guess because they have to process refunds.
Looks like they had at least 57 backers - 2 of which pledged USD1190 for 10 packs - seems plausible as these would probably sell well enough in high end homewares shops at a good margin.
I'd say that if it was run with a low flexible goal then it would be more likely a scam.
