I want to ask how to promote crowdfunding campaign

 What are some effective strategies to overcome these obstacles?

Present a great, innovative product at a fair price and a trustworthy communication - that will work by itself, no real promotion needed.

Presenting your product in this forum might either receive well deserved attention, or well deserved criticism. Lots of people with lots of knowledge here - you might even get some hints how to improve your product.

(And no, we certainly don't need another USB power device.)

So I checked your website. Call me confused.
I really have no idea, what the "greater plan" for this product is.
Don't get me wrong, this looks professionally made and I would trust your team to being able to develop it further.
However, currently, this is a "no buy" from me - as I simply have no idea what to use this for. Maybe just show some sample applications to convince me

I agree with Haenk.  I think you need to do a better job of explaining what this is, as well as the value proposition for a potential buyer.  I also looked at the website and am a bit confused.  Who's your target market?  I get that it is an ESP32S3-based development module that can have some IO expansion modules but why I would want to buy one is not explained.

I see some graphics on a screen but I have no idea what they represent.  Is this thing a low/no program controller (e.g. you create control algorithms using the GUI)?

But then you say you support IDF with Arduino ESP32 and Micropython in the future so that makes me think I have to write my own code to run on this.  If that's true, and it's a general purpose dev kit, then I wonder what the price is because I can also generally do that with pretty inexpensive dev boards.

You spend a bit of screen space showing it on a tripod.  But why is this feature desirable?  What does it do that I usually need a piece of kit mounted on a tripod.  Ditto for the rack mount feature (although if it's a low/no program controller then maybe that makes sense - but you need to show images or add text to explain what it is doing in that situation).  Essentially we're not mind readers.  We don't have access to all the coolness you are sure this represents when you think about it.

It's vague what the box does though. It appears to accept inputs of various types - then f(x) means it processes them ? and then outputs a control or indication. I dunno ... needs more wrods to explain.

While I am verging on agreeing that this is spam, after looking at the website and the content there, it does look like a genuine small company trying to build something and looking for genuine advice. We are watching this user closely but for now, they can stay provided they don't start spamming links, etc.

The best way is to advertise to get people to see your project. Of course, it's also crucial that your product is innovative enough to retain customers. It's essential to start with the customer experience.
