Don't know if this one has been covered but it is a small CNC laser cutter for light materials.

Wood only < 1mm seems to be to far on the lighter materials to be useful for much.

They changed laser led with one with more power. Can cut 5mm balsa and 2.8mm light plywood.

That's not significantly cheaper that a Chinese 40W CO2 laser that is actually useful. Granted the quality control and stepper control board on the DC-K40 are suspect, but nothing the average EEVblog reader can't cope with.
