It's a joke/spoof project.  Read the bit about his dreams of making an app that can enable a car to fly and maybe waking up the Mars rover with another version of the app

But the fun part is that it's still up on Indiegogo.

What's interesting is that they got exactly $0 so far. I've seen completely dodgy projects get more than this, even if little. There's always a tiny fraction of people that will back those.
So is the fact they got nothing at all some hope for the future of humankind?
