The video is fishy. He double clicks on the phone Chrome icon, and the PC version opens.
Phone Chrome and PC Chrome don't look anything alike.

:-DD The only evidence of this project working is a single screenshot of the phone's home screen. At least put some effort into faking it...
The idea is not that crazy, though. VNC server on the phone and tethering to use the phone's internet on your computer's browser..

Available now http://www.fjsoft.at/en/downloads.php (http://www.fjsoft.at/en/downloads.php) for free. Comes with remote phone operation as an integrated tool. The author didn't consider it to be valuable on its own or worth to mention.

I feel like I'm missing something here, how the hell is this useful?
Most smartphones on the market can be WiFi hotspots, and almost all of them are slow as hell for any kind of data intensive desktop browsing. I'd certainly never consider it for regular use.
Phone-2-PC is a smart phone app that will enable the smart phone users to use their smart phones as personal computers.
But, it's not is it? It's the opposite, it lets you use your computer as a smartphone, not your smart phone as a computer. Total shit in my opinion.

Yup, googling the name does turn up some interesting tidbits.
Odd that he thinks "If one's pc or laptop is older than one's smart phone, chances are high that one's smart phone has a faster processor than one's laptop or pc." I just retired a 10 year old Pentium with a 2.6-3GHz clock. It was nothing special when I built it ca 2003, but it'll serve fine as my (non-Internet) bench computer for years to come. Not that his comparison of phone and desktop CPUs by clockspeed means anything to begin with.
His lists of benefits includes bad practices, like storing bank passwords as cookies on your browser

My brand new smartphone has a 1.4Ghz single core Qualcomm, you'll be going back quite a way to find a computer with a worse processor than that. What a stupid comment to make.

Funniest thing I've seen on the internet for a while.
I've been using this for a year or 2, which I believe does most of what this lunatic is suggesting. http://www.airdroid.com/ (http://www.airdroid.com/) The things it doesn't do my phone already does anyway, such as WiFi hotspot.
I need to leave the room for a minute, as funny as it is it is also sad that people like this are doing shit like that.

I don't think KS goes through and manually reviews each and every campaign. Besides, this probably isn't breaking any actual rules, it's just really absurd.

The best solution to solve phone to pc transfer is to use proessional Android transfer (https://www.mobikin.com/android-backup/android-file-transfer.html) tools, like Airdroid, Android Mobile Manager (https://www.android-mobile-manager.com/), Android Assistant. Not only transfer data from phone to PC, but also manage files on PC easily.

Except that clock speed isn't everything. When it comes to actual number crunching phones/tablets really aren't that far behind. Take something like Geekbench which is a cross-platform benchmark tool and run it on your phone, desktop, laptop, etc. My few-year-old Xeon desktop scores about a 5900 on multi-core, my iPhone 6S does 4400, and the iPhone 7 is hitting ~5900-6000. I have an Odroid XU4 SBC with a quad core 2 GHz A15 processor that's already more powerful than laptops were several years ago.
ARM processors are increasing in performance at a rate of nearly 50-100% per year, meanwhile X86 processors have been increasing at a rate closer to 10% per year for close to a decade. It won't be long before they're competing on equal footing.
