Ok, i will be the party pooper.
All i see on this site are pictures you have taken of the internet, no technical information, no feasability study or even a rough sketch with some calculations...

Put a rough sketch on there, provide technical information, calculations about lift, fuel efficiency and details how you think to achieve the wireless connectivity.
Also include a proper budget and at least lie about how you are qualified to pull this off at that price point.

I personally think you're aiming way too low.

My guess to get this built - with a prototype, consistency, reliability and certifications - as well as the technology hurdles - you should be aiming for probably $200K or more over a 12 month cycle... assuming your dev team are working for free during the design phase.

That will get unit #1 of version 1.0 out the door.  Then with your customer demos, you can get advance orders, and invest that extra $200K of deposits into re-engineering the production v1.1, and marketing / compliance testing.

Sorry to poop on your parade, but I'd start out a little more conservative - and look at the existing public safety 'copters/drones already in the market for inspiration.  (Military, Fire, Police, Public Order, Remote Rescue, Civil Defence etc)  They're out there

That is a RC Tank drive train and has nothing to do with a flying vehicle.

Those ducted fans are usually 1+ kW each.  Let's call them 800W each to be nice, and assume the rear one can be shut off during high speed flight.  100 mile range, 150 mph, means a minimum of 80 minutes flight time at 1.6 kW, or over 2.1 kWh of capacity.  With Li Ion, you're looking at somewhere around $1500 and 10 kg just in batteries, minimum.

The gearbox photo is hilarious. What in the world would that super heavy, low-speed piece of mechanics be doing in a flying machine that should be direct drive?

$2000 is not going to get anyone anywhere. If it is all based on existing RC parts - it will not be suitable for commercial use at 100 mile ranges. I like the enthusiasm - but it will never happen until there is a team of experienced designers/engineers that are experienced in a multitude of disciplines. To get a prototype - $500k easy. To get it to commercial market for police use? $Millions. Trade shows, demonstrations, crashes, loaners,  - the marketing alone is $100's of thousands.

he did! 160km communication and video range using... walkie talkie.... and he already got the go pro alright. and he's using rotorcraft, not fixed wing setup, good luck with the 160km on batteries. but he's asking donation, nothing wrong with that, regardless if the project is success or not, thats none of the backers business so long they got their sticker and postcard.
