It's an older campaign, they collected $1.7M and are now delivering the tracker, according to the commends the device is not working at all.
Can happen, but the scam here is that they, after 2 years, are still using IGGs InDemand feature to collect more money.
And it's written in the text that you have to add another $10 for shipping (no perk for this, but you can adjust the amount you want to contribute), which most backers not read and therefore they got nothing.
