I think you can scratch those from the list.

Holland is a region of the Netherlands. Suomi is another name for Finland.

Got mine today in Slovenia, thanks Dave, but this mailing house has strange ways, instead of shipping to all EU countries from Sweden (would be faster I think) they sent from Singapore (probably cheeper).

Mine arrived here in Ireland this morning 20-Nov-2013. Nice and securely packaged, though I don't see any exotic postmarks as to what route it took. Thanks Dave.

The postage stamp is not from Sweden, but the logo on the postage stamp indicates that it was sent with "Emirates post" (http://www.epg.gov.ae/).
As far as I can tell the "Emirates post" only has post offices in the United Arab Emirates...

Arrived in Ireland on the 19th and on initial testing I can confirm it's calibration is within tolerances  :-+

Does anyone recognise where it was sent from? DXB is Dubai, but I doubt it was posted from there!

I would say that the combination of the logo and the 'AE' marking strongly suggest the Arab Emirates. Which would also explain why it took longer for these rulers to arrive than for the ones supposedly shipped via Sweden.
