No delivery here in Colorado, USA, either.

Not true it turns out. It should have said: No delivery to the wrong address (home).

In fact, the rulers were delivered to my work address (which I forgot I'd provided). I just never check my mailbox at work since it just accumulates junk mail.

I learned the hard way that there are some truly horrible shipping companies out there

You have not met the truly horrible ones, that lose half the parcels you send via them. As they were a parastatal they did this for a very long time until even the stakeholders got embarrassed of wasting public money so much and closed the division. We liked them, as they had an insurance policy that paid out very fast and paid the shipping back as well, so you could send the goods again next day for free and probably have them get through.

Oh uh, delivery to Russia happened. Just unbelievable, i thought it's gonna to take like 3 months min

Envelope went through Sweden post as well. Condition of package and rullers is perfect.

Sorry for the quality of photos, light conditions are not the best today and phone is pretty crappy.
