Config for one layer

I need to config for one layer where is possible to make!

Did you mean config Diptrace for Single Layer routing?
Unless you are planning to use the auto router no configuration is needed... just don't place traces on the bottom layer.
If you are planning to use the autorouter then go to menu "Route > Autorouter Setup" (or just click the autoruoter setup button in the toolbar), then go to the "settings" tab and set the priority of the bottom layer to "OFF"... that way you stop the auto router from using the bottom layer.
