   By 1989 they already knew, how to push a FAD onto the world, that being the whole, Particle Board Beam weapon.   (Ok, I added in the particle board thing).

   So the PR people knew how to hype up a cold reactor,  by 1989.  IMO,  the death beam sounds more 'sexy'.  (And more instantaneous).

These days, some folks wanna confiscate,  our death ray stock.

Particle beam weapons needed massive amounts of pure voltage...I think the beam apparatus did run on some 50 kv.

   Spark balls and air core coils...felt like I was working at Disney.
