  Those moving here, this is East Bay, nr Berkeley, and over the way, there as that video plays, is PALO ALTO, where Stanford Univ. etc. are located, across a few miles of South Bay water.
  Can't see details, in distance, of course.
   Also, a bit to the left of the Coastal hills behind Palo Alto, is San Jose, proper, and Cupertino (Apple Computer).
   But I like the rolling hills just right here, East Bay Area, they call it.
  Some, behind San Jose... THAT's Monterey Valley; world famous climate / farming. (Grapes of Wrath, and all that.)
