And who needs electricity anyway, when you can just use a mains plug.

Priceless. :-DD

cognitive dissonance
Electricity is not what you think.
Inertia is not what you think.
That's the way it should be.

I was puzzling, why on earth pick a power hungry NE555 timer for a 'free energy generator'? Then I got it, he opened his brand new 'boys book of electronics' at a page in the middle, because that's all he needed, right?  :palm:
Best Regards, Chris

This is a very important note. Probably next time he will open the book to a page about the lamp multivibrator

Wait a minute, those are actually good books. Tube stuff though, IDK if they do solid state.

(There is actually a Boys Book of Electronics series)

This guy almost combined free energy with a Dodo. There are idiots and there is this guy.

"Cannabis farm sparky just millimetres from 'instant death' as he nearly drilled through live wire"
https://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/18246176.cannabis-farm-sparky-just-millimetres-instant-death-nearly-drilled-live-wire/

Quote of the week from the judge: "You, being devoid of any electrical skill, had the capacity to kill yourself and it maybe that the public would have had little sympathy with you if you had.”

AFAICS, the drill was millimeters away from the grounded neutral wire, a few more millimeters away from the insulated live wire. The SSE chaps that connected my office to the grid, and later fixed up the overhead cable pulled out of the wall by a falling (wasn't pruning them, honest) tree, seemed to do just as dodgy stuff to a lay man.
