It does not matter, because it is utterly wrong.  It is like claiming that "the Sun has his own frequency".  There is no single frequency, there is a spectrum.  And cells' spectrum is mostly dictated by their temperature (black-body radiation) and their cellular activity, because a lot of that activity includes charges.  For example, at the very core of (most living) cells, we have a proton pump, ATP synthase.

Not can, will.  While life itself is unimaginably complex when you look at it at the atomic level, none of the individual parts are miraculous, and can be fully understood as a physical process.  It is the sheer number and the many ways they all interact that makes them so darned complex.

It is a bullshit phrase included in the description to make it sound more convincing, used by someone who either knows they are talking bullshit, or are deeply emotionally invested and refuse to even consider that they might not know much about the actual subject at all.  Because money is involved, I'd wager the former.  In other words, this is just a physics-sounding babble they chose to use, devoid of any meaning at all.


It is important to realize that when the brain or muscles are manipulated via electric or magnetic fields, the intent is to modify cell communication: the interactions between cells, and not really individual cells.  This applies regardless of whether we are talking about defibrillators, muscle stimulation, or even electroconvulsive therapy.  This is one way how one can tell obvious scams: they never seem to realize this, and instead just keep babbling about cells and organs and frequencies and energy using very convincing tones, but devoid of any real meaning.
