Power bank circuit that let the magic smoke out

This power bank circuit was working fine until all of a sudden It irrupt it in sparks and fire  and smoke
This power bank circuit board is from Amazon in the US I’m Sending it back to Amazon to get a new  power bank circuit board  hopefully This is a one time occurrence. There's a datasheet for the SW6106 PMIC that let the magic smoke out here: https://www.waveshare.com/w/upload/e/ed/SW6106_Datasheet_Release_DS008_v1.0.pdf

You can check if component values match the reference design and if your usage was pushing it too close to its rated limits.

Not sure what they mean by "triggered by mistake" whether all the outputs are limited to 5v when more than one port is drawing power.
