Title: Power bank circuit that let the magic smoke out

This power bank circuit was working fine until all of a sudden It irrupt it in sparks and fire  and smoke
This power bank circuit board is from Amazon in the US I’m Sending it back to Amazon to get a new  power bank circuit board  hopefully This is a one time occurrence. You can check if component values match the reference design and if your usage was pushing it too close to its rated limits.

Note:

Not sure what they mean by "triggered by mistake" whether all the outputs are limited to 5v when more than one port is drawing power.
