For those not familiar with it, a Schumann generator produces resonant oscillations blah blah that harmonics blah blah fluctuations blah blah. Before Chinese vendors got into the game with $10 units and the bottom fell out of the market it was a great way to separate people from appreciable amounts of money.

Anyway, it looks like someone's come up with a way to add extra woo-woo to the device by making it tube-powered instead of, I dunno, 555-powered.  Woo-woo powered by woo-woo, and only €460.

I thought Schumann resonances were a naturally occuring phenomenon, due to  multi GW lightning discharges in the Earth - Inonosphere gap. I can't see the fixation with people trying to generate their own with a poxy little 555 timer. How do you get them in phase for one thing? Not that it matters in the woo-woo world.

Yeah, ignoring all the other woo-woo, aren't ELF wavelengths in the order of tens of thousands of km?  I can't see how an etched spiral trace 80mm across is going to have much effect there.

I could make one without cheating (they are using not one but TWO integrated circuits) and make it better looking with a proper chasis and point wiring, none of this bare PCB crap.

It does look weird/ugly, but other than that it just looks like cheap Chinesium crap. I'm surprised this stupid device doesn't have one. Or maybe it does...not buying it to find out (I bet the tube isn't even hooked up except for maybe the heater, and it's probably a factory reject/dud).

Isn't Schumann Resonance a very low frequency signal?

Do they even shield their hardware against the extra high power Extremely low frequency transmission system used by the US navy to transmit to deeply submerged submarines worldwide?

I didn't see that device in a nicely big fat and thick Faraday cage.

Wavelength matching is only if you intend to generate a far-field signal (RF transmission). A small coil works fine for near-field effects (like the electromagnetic induction effects of a transformer). In fact, the picture I've seen of the coil on this device looks very much like the the coil found in a wireless phone charger (you just place your phone on the top of the charger, which has an oscillator and a flat coil, and then another coil in the phone converts the oscillating magnetic field to electricity to charge the battery).
