SCIO – Device (Medical wuwu thing..)

I stumbled on this ad on ebay. Someone wants 5k for some electronic wuwu device.
Without a look inside it looks like an uC that blinks some leds and has serial over USB.
I think dave had something like this in some teardown.

The device was purchased in early 2019 from Silke Polifka in Dormagen [Town in Germany].
She is a worldwide known SCIO expert and frequently shows up at expert congresses.
I have paid 7500 euros for the device including accessories and a new PC.
I can’t work with my PC as good as always, because I have an eye disease. This is why I sell the device.
The device is in good condition.

The seller (Dr. Christoph Jaffke) from Stuttgart seems to be an English teacher at some school.

This SCIO biofeedback devices seem to be a big thing in scam “medicine”.
If I search for it on Google I find some hand scanner and a few pictures that shows a similar device. Often with keywords like “quantum” and “natural health”.

Has someone a picture of what is really inside of this thing?
(or even worse, does anyone knows someone who believes that this thing is good for something?)
