I can't figure out if this is bogus or not. I'm not satisfied with their explanation. I'd love to know how much energy is involved and where it comes from.

It takes tremendous energy to condense water, and even then you only get a tiny amount. This type of scam has become as prevalent as free energy. There are plenty of examples out there. Fontus and Waterseer are two I can think of immediately, but there are plenty more and they are all either failures or rediculously impractical.
