The current delivered by a raindrop is apparently 33nA.

I've always wondered why, in Scotland, they don't fit buckets to the tips of wind turbine blades. At least then they would generate power for most of the time.  :P

It seems like that should be measured in Coulombs, not Amps.

Since most panels are angled and have some elevation off the ground, what's wrong with placing gutters below all the solar cells, collecting the water flow with some simple plumbing and run a small hydro turbine?

Two things are wrong with that.
-  It would work therefor negating the need to research it to death.
-  Well not imposable it is much harder to run a successful* kickstarter on something that you can build yourself with a trip to the DIY store and a order from your preferred purveyor of chinesium like eBay, aliexpress or banggood.

*Successful=Lots of money for fast cars and fast women.

No, it states that this is the current delivered. Coulombs would be charge delivered. Of course neither give any clue as to the actual power output. Which is probably miniscule.
