"Solar road" funding project in Germany

This is a german TV show; entrepreneur try to sell a part of their company for an investment.

Of course, this project is dodgy, and all investors declined the offer.

Solmove was the company behind the solar bikeway in Erftstadt. The one that spectacularly went up in smoke.
